The Younger Women’s Task Force, a project of the National Council of Women’s Organizations, is a nationwide, diverse and inclusive grassroots movement dedicated to organizing younger women and their allies to take action on issues that matter most to them.
By and for younger women, YWTF works both within and beyond the women’s movement, engaging all who are invested in advancing the rights of younger women.

WOMEN'S LEADERSHIP MENTORING PROGRAM
The pilot year of the Women's Leadership Mentoring Program (WLMP), a partnership program designed jointly by the Chicago chapter of YWTF and Chicago Women in Philanthropy (CWIP), with the generous support of the Leo S. Guthman Fund, was launched on March 6 at the MacArthur Foundation! The WLMP stems from a growing dialogue about succession planning in the non-profit and philanthropic fields, where emerging leaders are increasingly scarce, as well as from YWTF's and CWIP's commitment to supporting the next generation of women leaders while inspiring and reinvigorating today's leaders.
