Take the YWTF membership survey!
In order to better understand our membership and the issues women in their 20's and 30's care about the most, we have created a brief survey. Your answers will help us determine the direction of YWTF and should only take about 5 minutes. Click here to start the survey. |

The Younger Women’s Task Force, a project of the National Council of Women’s Organizations, is a nationwide, diverse and inclusive grassroots movement dedicated to organizing younger women and their allies to take action on issues that matter most to them.
By and for younger women, YWTF works both within and beyond the women’s movement, engaging all who are invested in advancing the rights of younger women.

The aging of the Baby Boomer generation is quickly making room for a new generation of nonprofit leaders—but what is being done to recruit and retain up-and-coming career-oriented professionals who are committed to contributing to the nonprofit sector?
Join Chicago Women in Philanthropy (CWIP), the Chicago Chapter of the Young Women's Task Force (YWTF), and the Women's Leadership Mentoring Program (WLMP) as we explore the nonprofit leadership crisis, with a special focus on women.
The panelists will provide a variety of interrelated perspectives from their vantage points as both established and emerging leaders in the nonprofit sector and in the context of the most recent data on the leadership succession crisis.
