The Younger Women's Task Force of New Jersey is empowering younger women in NJ through public policy, community building, and personal and professional development. The chapter, founded in 2008, is based at the Alice Paul Institute in Mount Laurel, NJ.

The YWTF-NJ has run events across the state since its inception. Past events include:

--"Women who Health," a younger women's health panel

--"Never Kissed a Frog, Never Had To," a younger women's financial investing seminar

--"Presentation Makes Perfect," a younger women's professional and personal development seminar

In addition, the YWTF New Jersey chapter holds an annual "Poetry on the Porch" event at the Alice Paul Institute featuring local poets.

Every other month we will be opening up board meetings to our general membership.

This is a great way to get involved with events and bring up policy issues for discussion.
